Justin Shenkarow is an American actor, producer, director, and writer, known for his roles in various television shows and films. He gained recognition for his portrayal of Matthew Brock in Picket Fences, Simon Holmes in Eerie, Indiana, and as the voice of Harold Berman in Hey Arnold!. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Shenkarow has starred in popular TV shows such as Home Improvement, The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, Strong Medicine, and Boston Public. He has also received three Young Artist Award nominations for his work in Picket Fences. In addition to his acting career, Shenkarow runs his own production company, Shake That Fro Productions, and has produced and directed several short films.
