Justine Johnston

Justine Johnston (June 13, 1921 – January 13, 2006) was an American film, television, and musical theatre actress. Born in Evanston, Illinois, Johnston had a career that spanned across Broadway and the Mid-Pacific during World War II. She appeared in several notable musicals including the original production of Follies and a revival of Irene. Johnston also had a memorable role as Aunt Pearl in the comedy film Arthur (1981). In addition to her acting work, she served on the governing body of the Actors' Equity Association for 39 years. Johnston passed away from a stroke at the age of 84 in West Hollywood.
