KaDee Strickland, born December 14, 1975, is an American actress known for her role as Charlotte King on the ABC drama Private Practice (2007-2013). She began her acting career during high school and furthered her studies in Philadelphia and New York City. Strickland appeared in small roles in various film, television, and stage projects, including The Sixth Sense (1999). Her involvement in Hollywood films like Anything Else and Something's Gotta Give (2003) led to significant parts in horror films Anacondas: The Hunt for the Blood Orchid and The Grudge (2004). She received praise for her performance in the romantic comedy Fever Pitch (2005) and also starred in the television show The Wedding Bells (2007) before joining the cast of Private Practice.
