Kai Soremekun is a Canadian filmmaker and actor known for her appearances in movies such as Regarding Henry (1991) alongside Harrison Ford and Annette Bening, and Heat (1995) starring Robert De Niro and Al Pacino. She is also recognized for her ongoing web series called CHICK: Within Me Lives a Superhero. Born in Hamilton, Canada, Kai grew up in Toronto and attended Thornlea Secondary School before studying at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York City. She began her career in commercials, music videos, and modeling for Nike. Kai took on a role as an extra in the film Regarding Henry, marking the start of her acting journey.
