Kai Wulff (born December 18, 1949) is an American actor and voice actor of German origin. He is widely recognized for his portrayal of Lt. Colonel Yuri Voskov in the film Firefox and 'The German' in Three Amigos. Wulff has also appeared in several other notable films including Twilight Zone: The Movie, Oscar, Top Dog, and Assassins. Throughout the 1980s and 1990s, he guest-starred in various television series, often portraying villains, such as The A-Team, MacGyver, Knight Rider, Street Hawk, Walker, Texas Ranger, Hart to Hart, and Days of Our Lives. Since 1996, Wulff has primarily worked as a voice actor in video games, lending his voice to characters like Baron Strucker in Captain America: Super Soldier. He has also provided German dubbing voices for notable actors such as Al Pacino in Scarface and Robin Williams in Man of the Year. Wulff is married to Carolyn Wulff, and they have one child.
