Kara Killmer

Kara Killmer is an American actress, born on June 14, 1988, in Crowley, Texas. She is best known for her role as paramedic Sylvie Brett in the NBC drama series Chicago Fire, which is part of the One Chicago franchise. Killmer has been a part of the franchise since 2014, also appearing in the associated series Chicago Med and Chicago P.D. In addition to her work on Chicago Fire, Killmer starred in the 2010 Hulu original reality web series If I Can Dream. She attended Baylor University in Waco, Texas, where she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in performing arts in 2010. Killmer continues to make a name for herself in the industry with her notable television appearances.
