Karen Hassan

Karen Hassan (born 31 July 1981) is a British actress from Belfast, Northern Ireland. She is best known for her portrayal of Lynsey Nolan in the main series of Hollyoaks from 2010 to 2013. Hassan's work also includes appearances in Hollyoaks Later, The Fall, and Vikings, as well as the film Hunger. In 2022, she appeared in the American TV series FBI: International. Her most recent role is as the leading lady, Alison, in the 2023 British independent film Wait For Me. Hassan's character of Lynsey was initially created for Hollyoaks Later but was later integrated into the main series. Her addition to the show was described by the Hollyoaks series producer as bringing more fun, drama, and sexiness.
