Karl Geary

Karl John Geary (born 31 May 1972) is an Irish-born American actor and author. Geary moved to the United States in 1987 and later became a naturalized citizen. He appeared in Madonna's Sex book and has acted in various productions including Sex and the City, Hysteria – The Def Leppard Story, and Hamlet (2000). Geary wrote and appeared in Coney Island Baby (2003) and portrayed Coffey in the 2008 horror film The Burrowers. He is the owner of a bar in downtown Manhattan called the Scratcher and previously co-owned another club, the original Cafe Sin-é. Geary is married to Scottish actress Laura Fraser, with whom he has a daughter. He also has a son from a previous relationship.
