Karla Cheatham Mosley is an American actress and singer. She gained recognition for her roles in various TV shows and films. Mosley starred on the Emmy-nominated children's show Hi-5 and also had minor roles in several other TV shows and films. She is known for her regular appearances as Christina Moore Boudreau in the soap opera Guiding Light and as Maya Avant in The Bold and the Beautiful. Mosley was born and raised in Westchester County, New York, and graduated from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts. She has also studied at the Roy Hart Vocal Institute in France. Prior to her acting career, Mosley was a part of the children's rock group Sugar Beats, where she sang popular hits like 'Rockin' Robin'.
