Kate Flannery

Kate Flannery (born June 10, 1964) is an American actress known for her role as Meredith Palmer on the NBC series The Office. She has won two Screen Actors Guild Awards for her portrayal of the character. Flannery has also appeared as a guest star on CBS shows Magnum PI and Young Sheldon. In addition to her television work, she competed on the 28th season of Dancing with the Stars and provided the voice for Barb on the animated series Steven Universe. Flannery was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and raised in Ardmore. She studied at Shenandoah Conservatory and the University of the Arts in Philadelphia. Flannery is also a former member of The Second City's National Touring Company and an original member of Chicago's Annoyance Theater.
