Kate French

Kate Lauren French is an American actress and model, known for her role as Niki Stevens on The L Word. She was born in Flemington, New Jersey. French began her career in modeling, but her passion for acting led her to pursue it full-time. She made her big screen debut in 2006 with a cameo role in the film Accepted. The same year, she appeared on the small screen in the telenova soap opera Wicked Wicked Games. In 2007, French gained recognition for her portrayal of Niki Stevens in The L Word, a closeted lesbian actress and girlfriend of Jenny Schecter. She has also appeared in South of Nowhere and Gossip Girl.
