    Kate Lamb Biography
    Kate Lamb (born 18 January 1988) is a Welsh actress best known for her portrayal of Nurse Delia Busby in the BBC drama series Call the Midwife from 2015 to 2017. She was born in Cardiff, Wales, and grew up in Tenby, Pembrokeshire, where she attended Greenhill School. Lamb began her acting career at the age of four and later studied English and Drama at Bristol University before training at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA). In Call the Midwife, Lamb's character, Nurse Delia Busby, had a lesbian relationship with Nurse Patsy and left the show after her character's uncertain future in her first series. She returned to the role in December 2017.
