Kathleen Garrett

Kathleen Garrett is an American actress, author, and voice-over talent. She has had recurring roles in popular series such as Power Book II: Ghost on Starz! and Inventing Anna on Netflix. Garrett has also appeared in The Trial of the Chicago 7 directed by Aaron Sorkin. She is known for her recurring role as Judge Susan Moretti on Law & Order and has made multiple guest star appearances in other series. Garrett has received positive reviews for her solo play, The Last Flapper, which she performed in and co-produced. In addition, she has appeared in various Star Trek episodes, including Star Trek: Deep Space Nine and Star Trek: Voyager.
