Kathleen Lloyd, also known as Kathleen Gackle, is an American actress known for her role as the female lead in The Missouri Breaks (1976) alongside Marlon Brando and Jack Nicholson. She has appeared in notable horror films such as The Car (1977) and It Lives Again (1978). Lloyd, hailing from Santa Maria, California, is the daughter of a poultry farmer. Before pursuing acting, she was a musician and her mother was a flamenco dancer. Lloyd left the University of California, Los Angeles to pursue her acting career after winning a Hugh O'Brian Acting Award. With over 80 screen appearances between 1970 and 2003, Lloyd had recurring roles in popular TV series such as Magnum, P.I. as Assistant District Attorney Carol Baldwin and Hill Street Blues as Nurse Linda Wulfawitz. She was also billed as Kathy Lloyd and Kathleen Gackle during the early-to-mid-1970s.
