Katie Chang Biography
Katie Chang (born May 3, 1995) is an American actress known for her roles in The Bling Ring (2013), A Birder's Guide to Everything (2013), and The Outcasts (2017). Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, Chang attended New Trier High School and later graduated from Northwestern University with a degree in screenwriting. She began her acting training at the Wilmette Theatre's Actors Training Center. Chang's paternal grandfather was of Korean descent, while the rest of her ancestry is Irish and German. In 2013, she received critical acclaim for her portrayal of Rebecca Ahn in The Bling Ring, with Rolling Stone describing her as mesmerizing and the Chicago Tribune praising her as a performer of serious promise.
