Katie Holmes

Katie Holmes, born on December 18, 1978, is an American actress. She gained initial recognition for her role as Joey Potter in the television series Dawson's Creek (1998–2003). Holmes made her film debut in Ang Lee's The Ice Storm (1997) and went on to appear in a variety of films such as Go, Teaching Mrs. Tingle (1999), Wonder Boys, The Gift (2000), Batman Begins, Thank You for Smoking (2005), and Logan Lucky (2017). In addition to her film career, Holmes also made her Broadway debut in 2008 in Arthur Miller's All My Sons. She portrayed Jacqueline Kennedy in the television miniseries The Kennedys in 2011.
