Katie Lowes

Katie Lowes is an American actress and theater director, born on September 22, 1982, in Queens, New York City. She gained recognition for her role as Quinn Perkins in the ABC political drama series Scandal from 2012 to 2018. Lowes also portrayed Rachel DeLoache Williams in the Netflix drama series Inventing Anna in 2022. She graduated from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts with a BFA in acting. Lowes made her screen debut in the FX series Rescue Me in 2004 and went on to guest star in various television shows, including The Sopranos, Without a Trace, NCIS, and Castle. Throughout her career, she has showcased her versatility and talent in both theater and television.
