Katsumi Suzuki Biography
Katsumi Suzuki is a Japanese voice actor known for his work in various anime series and video games. He gained recognition for his role as Kagome's grandfather in Inuyasha, taking over the character after the passing of Ginzo Matsuo. Suzuki has also provided the voice for Diddy Kong in several Nintendo video games since 2004, starting with Mario Power Tennis. He is currently affiliated with 81 Produce. Some of his other notable roles include Hayao Kakizaki in Macross, Elder Toguro in YuYu Hakusho, and Ucchi in YAT Anshin! Uchū Ryokō. Suzuki has lent his voice to characters in Bleach, Tenchi Muyo! GXP, and Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon, among others.
