Kaye Michelle Wragg (born December 15, 1972) is an English actress known for her roles in various television shows. She gained recognition for her portrayal of Sergeant Diane Noble in The Bill and Kate Oakley in No Angels. Wragg also played Essie Harrison (now known as Essie di Lucca) in Holby City from 2014 to 2020, and Lucy Archer in The Lakes. She studied at the University of Salford.
