Kazuyuki Okitsu

Kazuyuki Okitsu (興津 和幸) is a Japanese voice actor and narrator. He graduated from the Osaka University of Arts and began his career being represented by the REM talent agency. In May 2007, he joined the Kekke Corporation. Okitsu has appeared in numerous anime series, including Gin Tama, Black Butler, Nodame Cantabile: Paris-hen, Rosario + Vampire Capu2, Toradora!, Hanasakeru Seishōnen, Modern Magic Made Simple, Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's, Kaichō wa Maid-sama!, Ladies versus Butlers!, Sekirei: Pure Engagement, Sengoku Basara: Samurai Kings 2, Shiki, The Qwaser of Stigmata, Bakuman. 2, Ben-To, Cross Fight B-Daman, and Hanasaku Iroha.
