Keegan Connor Tracy

Keegan Connor Tracy (born December 3, 1971) is a Canadian actress and author. She gained recognition for her roles in various television series, including Audrey Malone in Beggars and Choosers (1999–2000), the Blue Fairy in Once Upon a Time (2011–18), Miss Blair Watson in Bates Motel (2013–16), and Professor Lipson in The Magicians (2016–2020). Tracy has also appeared in popular shows such as Jake 2.0, The 4400, Stargate SG-1, Supernatural, Psych, and Battlestar Galactica. In film, she is known for her performances in Final Destination 2 (2003), White Noise (2005), The Women (2008), Words and Pictures (2013), and the Descendants series (2015–2019). Tracy was born in Windsor, Ontario, Canada.
