Keenan Alexander Allen is an American football wide receiver for the Los Angeles Chargers of the NFL. Born on April 27, 1992, Allen played college football at California before being drafted by the then San Diego Chargers in the 2013 NFL Draft. He set Chargers' records for receptions and receiving yards by a rookie, earning multiple rookie honors. In 2017, Allen was named the NFL Comeback Player of the Year. Prior to his football career, Allen attended Grimsley Senior High School and Northern Guilford High School in Greensboro, North Carolina, where he excelled in football, basketball, and track & field.
