Keith Sweat is an American singer, songwriter, and record producer, born on July 22, 1961, in Harlem, New York City. He became an early figure in the new jack swing musical movement and is renowned for his collection of hits, including 'I Want Her,' 'Make It Last Forever,' 'I'll Give All My Love to You,' 'Make You Sweat,' 'Get Up on It,' 'Twisted,' and 'Nobody.' Sweat has released 13 solo albums, two of which were as part of the R&B supergroup LSG. Additionally, he discovered the groups Silk and Kut Klose. Before his music career, Sweat worked as a night stock boy at Macy's Department Store and a mail room clerk at Paine Webber. He eventually climbed the ranks to become a lucrative brokerage assistant on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange.
