Kellita Smith is an American actress, model, and comedian, born on January 15, 1969 in Chicago, Illinois. She is best known for her role as Wanda McCullough, Bernie Mac's wife, on the FOX sitcom The Bernie Mac Show. Smith was raised in Oakland, California and attended Santa Rosa Junior College, where she earned an associate degree in political science. She began her acting career on stage and later transitioned to television. Smith has appeared in various theatrical productions, including No Place to be Somebody and Feelings, for which she won an NAACP Theatre Award for Best Supporting Actress. Her television credits include guest appearances on In Living Color and The Parkers.
