Kelly Monaco

Kelly Monaco is an American actress, model, and reality television personality. She was born on May 23, 1976, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Monaco is best known for her role as Sam McCall on the ABC soap opera General Hospital and as the winner of the first season of Dancing with the Stars. She also portrayed Livvie Locke on the soap opera Port Charles from 2000 to 2003. Before her acting career, Monaco worked as a lifeguard at a local resort and attended Northampton Community College. In 1997, she was chosen as Playboy's Playmate of the Month. Monaco has four sisters and grew up in the Poconos region of Pennsylvania.
