Kelly Overton

Kelly Overton is an American actress known for her role as Vanessa Van Helsing in the 2016 Syfy fantasy drama series Van Helsing. Born and raised in Wilbraham, Massachusetts, Overton attended the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City, graduating with their highest honor, The Charles Jehlinger Award. She has a diverse acting background, having performed in off-Broadway productions, regional Shakespeare, and various TV shows. Overton made her national television debut in 2000 on All My Children and later appeared on Broadway in The Graduate. She has since moved to Los Angeles, where she has worked in film and TV. In 2008, she wrote, directed, produced, and starred in The Collective alongside her husband, Judson Pearce Morgan.
