Kelly Rowan (born October 26, 1965) is a Canadian film and television actress and former fashion model. She gained recognition for her role in the Canadian television film Adrift, winning a Gemini Award for Best Actress. Rowan has appeared in films such as The Gate and Candyman: Farewell to the Flesh. She achieved international fame for her portrayal of Kirsten Cohen on the American television series The O.C. (2003-2007). Rowan also had a leading role on the crime series Perception (2012-2015). Born in Ottawa, Ontario, she studied acting in London and New York City and is a graduate of Toronto's Northern Secondary School.
