Ken Jennings is an American game show host, author, and former game show contestant. Born on May 23, 1974, he is known for being the highest-earning American game show contestant. He has won money on five different game shows, including a whopping $4,522,700 on the U.S. game show Jeopardy!. Jennings holds the record for the longest winning streak on Jeopardy!, with an impressive 74 consecutive wins. He also holds the record for the highest average correct responses per game in Jeopardy! history. Since 2021, Jennings has been alternating as the host of Jeopardy! alongside Mayim Bialik. In 2023, he received a nomination for the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Host for a Game Show for his hosting role on Jeopardy!.
