Ken Ober Biography
Ken Ober (July 3, 1957 – November 15, 2009) was an American game show host, comedian, and actor. Born Kenneth Oberding in Brookline, Massachusetts, he rose to fame as the host of MTV's game show Remote Control, which aired for three seasons. His hosting roles also included Make Me Laugh, Smush, and the ESPN game show Perfect Match. Ober started his career as a contestant on Star Search in 1984 and went on to host four game shows. He was known for his frequent appearances as a color analyst on the 'MTV Rock N' Jock' celebrity sports specials during the 1990s. Ober also co-hosted a talk radio show in Los Angeles with Susan Olsen, the former Brady Bunch star, in 1995.
