Kendall Schmidt

Kendall Francis Schmidt (born November 2, 1990) is an American singer, songwriter, dancer, music producer, and actor. He gained fame for his role as Kendall Knight in the TV series Big Time Rush and is currently a member of the boy band with the same name. Schmidt has also appeared in various TV shows including ER, Without a Trace, Phil of the Future, Ghost Whisperer, Gilmore Girls, School of Rock, and Frasier. Born in Wichita, Kansas, to Kathy and Kent Schmidt, he comes from a family of actors, with his brothers Kenneth Schmidt and Kevin Schmidt also pursuing acting careers. Schmidt began his acting career at a young age and had the privilege of being Haley Joel Osment's stand-in and body double in Steven Spielberg's A.I. Artificial Intelligence at the age of nine.
