Born on July 9, 1954, O'Leary gained recognition through his appearances on various Canadian television shows from 2004 to 2014. These include business news programs like SqueezePlay and The Lang and O'Leary Exchange, as well as reality shows like Dragons' Den and Redemption Inc. He also appeared on Discovery Channel's Project Earth in 2008 and has been a regular on Shark Tank, the American version of Dragons' Den, since 2009. O'Leary co-founded SoftKey Software Products, a successful technology company that was later acquired by Mattel, making him a multimillionaire.
