Kim Alexis is an American model and actress, born on July 15, 1960, in Lockport, New York. She gained fame in the 1970s and 1980s, appearing on the covers of prominent magazines such as Sports Illustrated, Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, Glamour, Self, and Cosmopolitan. Alexis grew up in the suburbs of Buffalo, where she excelled as a competitive swimmer. She attended Lockport High School and later enrolled in the University of Rhode Island's five-year pharmacy program. Alexis was one of the top models of her time, standing alongside notable names like Gia Carangi, Patti Hansen, and Christie Brinkley. In 1983, she became the face of Revlon's premium Ulti.
