Ulrich gained recognition for her role as Diana McColl on the soap opera As the World Turns from 1983 to 1986. She made appearances on various TV shows including Remington Steele, The Charmings, Werewolf, Cheers, and Wings. In 1993, Ulrich appeared in the pilot episode of Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman as the villainous scientist Dr. Antoinette Baines. Ulrich has showcased her versatile talents throughout her career in both soap operas and primetime television.
