Kim Shaw Biography
Kim Shaw (born May 20, 1984) is a Canadian-born American actress. She is best known for portraying Dr. Cassie Williams on the TV series 'Saving Hope' from 2015 to 2017. Shaw grew up in Miami and Longwood, Florida before moving to New York City to attend the American Academy of Dramatic Arts. She made her breakthrough in 2007, starring opposite Paul Sorvino in the independent film 'Greetings from the Shore'. Shaw has also appeared in notable films such as 'Sex and the City' (2008) and 'Did You Hear About the Morgans?' (2009), both featuring Sarah Jessica Parker. In addition to her film work, Shaw has had recurring roles on TV shows like 'The Good Wife' and 'I Just Want My Pants Back'. She received critical acclaim and won the Best Lead Performance in a Television Movie award at the 9th Canadian Screen Awards in 2021 for her role in 'The Lead'.
