Kimberley Crossman is a multi-talented New Zealand actress, author, presenter, producer, writer, director, dancer, stand-up comedian, and cheerleader. She is widely recognized for her portrayal of Sophie McKay on the popular New Zealand soap opera, Shortland Street. Crossman's passion for dance began at the young age of 3, nurtured by her mother Jill Arkley, who is a ballet teacher. In 2006, she served as Deputy Head Girl at Diocesan School for Girls in Epsom, Auckland. Crossman's dance skills led her to perform with the Royal New Zealand Ballet's production of Giselle in the same year. She has also excelled in cheerleading, captaining the Total Cheerleading Senior Elite team and competing in the World cheerleading championships. Crossman's versatile talents have propelled her to success in various fields within the entertainment industry.
