Kimee Balmilero is an American actress and singer, born on December 13, 1979. She is of Filipino descent and the daughter of Roy Balmilero, who appeared in Hawaii Five-0 as Joseph Cunha, Noelani's father. Balmilero graduated from James B. Castle High School and was a member of the 24VII Honolulu Dance Company. At 17, she joined the second national touring company of Miss Saigon and later studied at Studio A.C.T. in San Francisco. Balmilero then moved to New York City and became part of the Original Broadway Cast of Mamma Mia! In 2003, she joined the three-time Emmy nominated TV series Hi-5, the American counterpart to the Australian kid's show of the same name.
