King Princess

King Princess, born Mikaela Mullaney Straus on December 19, 1998, is an American singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist from Brooklyn, New York. She gained recognition after signing with Mark Ronson's label Zelig Records, a Columbia Records imprint. In 2018, she released her debut single '1950', followed by her debut EP Make My Bed. '1950' achieved commercial success and received platinum certification from the RIAA. Her second single, 'Talia', was certified gold in Australia. In 2019, King Princess released her highly acclaimed debut studio album Cheap Queen. Raised in Brooklyn, Straus is the child of recording engineer Oliver H. Straus Jr. and Agnes 'Aggie' Mullaney.
