He gained recognition for his roles in films such as Remember the Titans, But I'm a Cheerleader, The Rules of Attraction, and Thirteen. Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Pardue attended Dunwoody High School, where he excelled in football and baseball. He went on to study economics at Yale University, where he also played football.
