Kirk Acevedo

Kirk M. Acevedo (born November 27, 1971) is an American actor known for his work on television and in films. He gained recognition for his roles as Miguel Alvarez in the HBO series Oz, Joe Toye in Band of Brothers, and FBI Agent Charlie Francis in Fringe. Some of his notable films include The Thin Red Line, Dinner Rush, and Dawn of the Planet of the Apes. Acevedo also portrayed José Ramse in Syfy's 12 Monkeys and Ricardo Diaz/The Dragon in The CW's Arrow. Born and raised in the Bronx, Acevedo developed an interest in acting from a young age and pursued his passion by majoring in drama in high school and attending the SUNY Purchase School of Acting.
