Kit Pongetti

Kit Pongetti is an American actress, musician, writer, and director. She is best known for her acting roles in the TV shows Scrubs, where she played the character Lady, the wife of the Janitor, and iCarly, where she portrayed Marta Trundel. Born in Kingsville, Texas, Pongetti later moved to Clear Lake, a suburb of Houston. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1993 and relocated to Los Angeles in 1994. Pongetti has also worked as an assistant to writers on the TV series Roseanne and has performed in improvisational comedy at The Groundlings Theater, IO West, and UCB. Additionally, she has contributed music to TV shows like Gilmore Girls and My Boys, as well as the movie Van Wilder.
