Kumail Nanjiani

Kumail Ali Nanjiani is a Pakistani-American actor and stand-up comedian. He gained recognition for his role as Dinesh in the HBO comedy series Silicon Valley from 2014 to 2019. Nanjiani co-wrote and starred in the romantic comedy film The Big Sick in 2017, which earned him an Academy Award nomination for Best Original Screenplay. He has been named one of Time magazine's 100 most influential people in the world in 2018. Nanjiani has appeared in various TV shows including Adventure Time, Franklin & Bash, Newsreaders, and Portlandia. He has also co-hosted The Meltdown with Jonah and Kumail on Comedy Central. Nanjiani recently starred as Kingo in the film The Eternals.
