Kurupt

Kurupt, born Ricardo Emmanuel Brown on November 23, 1972, is an American rapper and record producer. He gained prominence in the 1990s as a key contributor to gangsta rap, establishing lasting trends within the genre. Kurupt is best known as one half of the rap duo Tha Dogg Pound, alongside Daz Dillinger. In 1998, he released his first solo album. After a period of feuding, Kurupt and Daz Dillinger reunited in 2005. Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Kurupt relocated to Los Angeles, California at a young age. He has been engaged to rapper Foxy Brown and Natina Reed, and has been married to Jovan Brown. Kurupt also appeared on Marriage Boot Camp in 2020 with his partner Toni Calvert.
