Kyle Kuzma

Kyle Kuzma is an American professional basketball player for the Washington Wizards of the NBA. Born on July 24, 1995, in the Flint, Michigan area, Kuzma played college basketball for the Utah Utes where he earned first-team all-conference honors in the Pac-12 during his junior year. In 2017, he was selected in the first round of the NBA draft as the 27th overall pick and joined the Los Angeles Lakers. Kuzma was named to the NBA All-Rookie First Team in 2018 and won an NBA championship with the Lakers in 2020. He was later traded to the Washington Wizards in 2021. Kuzma is the son of Karri Kuzma, a track scholarship recipient, and has a younger half-brother and half-sister.
