Lachele Carl

Lachele J. Carl is an American actress based in England. Born in Pittsburgh, she developed a passion for performing at a young age and pursued her interest in acting during her senior year of high school. Carl graduated from Point Park College in 1982, where she received training in classical theatre. In 1985, she moved to England to fulfill her dream of doing Shakespeare and joined the theatre company TNT. Carl gained recognition for her role as news anchor Trinity Wells in the first four series of the 2005 revival of Doctor Who, appearing in multiple episodes across Doctor Who, The Sarah Jane Adventures, and Torchwood.
