Laila Rouass

Laila Rouass is a British actress known for her roles in popular TV shows. She gained recognition for her portrayal of Amber Gates in the cult series Footballers' Wives from 2004 to 2006. Rouass also appeared as Sahira Shah in Holby City in 2011–2012 and returned to the show in 2021. She has been part of other notable series like Primeval, Spooks, and soap operas Family Affairs and Hollyoaks. Rouass showcased her dancing skills as a contestant on Strictly Come Dancing, where she finished fourth. Before her acting career, she worked as a VJ on Channel V in India.
