Lara Jean Chorostecki

Lara Jean Chorostecki is a Canadian actress known for her roles in various television series. She gained recognition for her portrayal of Fredricka 'Freddie' Lounds in the American psychological thriller–horror series Hannibal, as well as her role as Sergeant Krystina Breeland in the critically acclaimed Canadian series X Company. Born in Brampton, Ontario, Chorostecki attended Mayfield Secondary School and later pursued her passion for acting. She performed at the Stratford Festival and became the youngest person to be accepted into the Birmingham Conservatory for Classical Theatre Training. Chorostecki further honed her skills by earning a Masters in Classical Acting from The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London, England.
