Lara Pulver Biography
Lara Pulver is an English actress known for her roles in various TV shows and stage productions. She gained recognition for playing Erin Watts in the BBC spy drama Spooks and Irene Adler in BBC's TV adaptation of Sherlock. In 2016, she won the Olivier Award for Best Supporting Actress in a Musical for her performance in the West End's revival of the Broadway musical Gypsy. Born in Southend-on-Sea, Essex, England, Pulver attended the National Youth Music Theatre and graduated from the Doreen Bird College of Performing Arts. She was also nominated for a 2008 Olivier Award for her role in the musical Parade. Pulver continues to impress audiences with her versatile acting skills.
