Larry Rippenkroeger

Larry Rippenkroeger is a stunt double known for his work in movies and TV shows. He was previously a jet-ski champion before transitioning into the world of stunts. Rippenkroeger gained recognition as the stunt double for actor Bruce Willis in the film Live Free or Die Hard. Unfortunately, during the filming, he suffered a serious injury when he fell twenty-five feet to the pavement, resulting in broken bones in his face and fractures in both wrists. Production was temporarily halted, and Rippenkroeger received support from Willis, who covered his parents' hotel expenses and visited him in the hospital. Rippenkroeger has also worked as a stunt double for actors Josh Duhamel and James Caan on Caan's TV series, Las Vegas.
