Laura Aikman Biography
Laura Holly Aikman is an English actress known for her roles as Debbie in Not Going Out and Sonia in Gavin and Stacey. She was born in the London Borough of Brent in 1985 to actor and writer Stuart Aikman and actress Jean Heard. Aikman attended Haberdashers' Aske's School for Girls in Hertfordshire. In 2009, she joined the cast of the BBC Three series Personal Affairs as Lucy. She also appeared in 35 episodes of Casualty as May Phelps. Aikman starred alongside Keith Lemon in the first series of Lemon La Vida Loca. Despite making an appearance in the second series, she did not return as a regular cast member.
