Lauren Ash

Lauren Elizabeth Ash (born February 4, 1983) is a Canadian actress and comedian. She gained recognition for her role as Dina Fox in the sitcom Superstore. Ash is an alumna of Second City Toronto Mainstage and is one half of the sketch comedy duo 'Cory!'. She has won two Canadian Comedy Awards for Best Female Improviser in 2006 and 2007. Ash's other notable works include Scare Tactics, Almost Heroes, and The Ron James Show. She has also won awards for her performances in Almost Heroes and the film Dirty Singles. In addition, she co-hosts the podcast 'True Crime and Cocktails' since 2020 with her cousin, Christy Oxborrow.
